The Alvan Ikoku College of Education has released it's Primary admission list for 2016/2017 NCE courses is now available on notice boards in the school premises or online on the website.

This is to inform all those who applied for the Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) admission in the Alvan Ikoku College of Education for 2016/2017 academic session that the Alvan Ikoku NCE First (1st) batch admission list is out (Released) and has been compiled by the management.

How To Check Alvan Ikoku NCE First (1st) Batch (Primary) Admission List For 2016/2017

All those who participated in the NCE admission screening exercise of Alvan Ikoku College of Education are hereby informed that they can now proceed to check they names on the admission list to know if they have been considered for admission.

The Alvan Ikoku Primary admission List has been posted on the school noticeboard and has also been put online on the school official website which can be accessed below:

Please note that Acceptance fees are expected to be paid within 3 weeks of the publication date (12th January 2017) to avoid forfeiting the offer of admission.

Alvan Ikoku Federal College 2016/2017 Registration Procedures For Returning Students

The Management Of Alvan Ikoku Federal College Of Education has announced the 2016/2017 Resumption date for all students of the institution.

Returning Students are advised to do the following before access into the College. 

1. Log on to www.alvanikoku.edu.ng

2. Click on STUDENT PORTAL

• Type your Reg Number and portal ID(number) in the space for username.
• Submit.

3. Click on undertaken form to print the form for undertaken which must be duly signed and sworn at the high court.

4. Click on generate invoice to get your RRR number.

• Select Others for payment of damage fee.
• Select Student registration for payment of outstanding school fees

5. For payment of 2016/2017 school fees, Select service type as follows;

• Degree regular student
• NCE regular student.
• NCE sandwich student.
• Degree sandwich student

6. Select your level to generate amount.

7. Fill the necessary information such as Name, Dept., School etc

8. Submit to generate your RRR number and print.

9. Take your printout to designated banks and pay using the RRR number.

10. Ensure that the RRR number is used for your payment.

11. Return to the portal to confirm your payment.

12. Go to your department with proofs of payment made as well as the undertaken form duly signed for further clearance (Submission).

13. Collect your class admit card from your department.

NOTE

1. The above must be done before entry into the premises i.e PAYMENT OF ALL FEES OWED.
2. Students are not ALLOWED to write exams without complete adherence to the above.
3. Students who have no PORTAL ID in the AIFCE database are advised to

• Log on to alvanikoku.edu.ng
• Click on STUDENT PORTAL to fill the student personal information form correctly first before continuing with the PROCESS FLOW for returning students.
• Students should access their hostel accommodation from 18h NOV. 2016

Alvan Ikoku College 2016/2017 Resumption Date For [Old & New] Students Out

Alvan Ikoku College has announced it's Resumption Date For [Old & New] Students for 2016/2017 Academic Session.

The Academic Board Of Alvan Ikoku Federal College Of Education at its 116th Emergency Meeting held on Thursday 3rd of November 2016 approved the resumption of academic activities and return to the College by students of the Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri.

To this end, all students of the College are advised to visit the Alvan website: www.alvanikoku.edu.ng and log into their portal and work with the FLOW CHART, as published for re-admission.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. It is mandatory that ALL STUDENTS of the College COMPLY with the Process Flow for return to the College as directed.
2. Admission into Hostels and Classrooms will be strictly based on proof of compliance with directive on the FLOW CHART.

The portal opens for processing on Monday 7th of November, 2016 while exam begins on Monday 21st of November, 2016.
